I'm Adrian Esquivel and as the CEO, my job is to grow our company and help both clients and employees meet their goals. Sure there’s much more to it, but that’s how I see my goal, simply and clearly. My educational background is in computer engineering and I served many years as a software engineer delivering projects for federal, state and local government. After seven years of doing that I decided to start TECKpert. Ten years have taught me what’s important in creating a thriving business which I look forward to sharing with you.

There are many reasons for creating it, but here’s the top three: First, owners of their own firms can maximize their potential by focusing on consulting and not operating a business. We believe that all organizations, large and small, are being disrupted by technology. There is a need for outside expertise and experience to help those organizations transform. Consultants in the continuum will be well positioned to help those companies succeed.
First consulting services are what you have always done, we extract the service from the advice which in many agencies and firms tend to mix up. We define them as Assessments. Consultants provide those. TECKpert has a model to separate consultancy from services which take the shape of staff augmentation services.

First, we help develop a plan for you that is intended to maximize your business. This involves exploring your current business, specialities, and client demographics amongst other things. We’ll work with you to implement it and open up the resources of the Continuum for you to leverage the network and resources to grow.
