Hurricane Irma [Updates]

Update: 9/14/17

Our office is up and running and fully operational. We’re back to normal office hours. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Our thoughts are with all those affected from Hurricane Irma.


Update: 9/11/17

Our main office is currently without power. We are assessing the situation with our staff and will provide an update on when we will resume normal operations within the next 24 hours.

Our servers are unaffected as they are located in offsite locations in Virginia, Chicago and Dallas.


Update: 9/6/17

To our clients, partners, and friends,

TECKpert offices will be closed Thursday (9/7) through Monday (9/11). Please continue to use our ticketing system (http://teckpert.zendesk.com) as our team will be on call for any support related issues.

We expect to be back to normal business hours on Tuesday (9/12). Should there be any changes, we will update this post.

To all our clients across the Southeastern United States, please be safe and take all necessary precautions as advised by local authorities.
