United States agencies have linked more than 136 companies to a single state sponsored remote worker scheme employing fabricated identities, AI generated likenesses, and stolen credentials. A single facilitator placed workers at 309 United States companies.2

ORIGIN

QuantumRecruit was built for the TECKpert IT staff augmentation operation. The firm screens candidates for public sector engagements against the same signals it makes available to others. The product was not built as a speculative offering. It was built because the screening problem was TECKpert’s own.

Research collaboration

QuantumRecruit’s models are developed and refined alongside university researchers in natural language processing and applied artificial intelligence at Florida International University’s Knight Foundation School of Computing and Information Sciences. FIU holds State Preeminent designation and is classified as an R1 Carnegie research institution.

Security and deployment

Hosted on Amazon Web Services with encryption in transit at TLS 1.2 or above and at rest with AES-256. Multi-factor authentication and audit logging are available. Multi-tenant SaaS, single-tenant cloud, and custom deployments are supported.
