TECKpert spearheaded 13th Floor Homes’ digital strategy starting with the launch of their first project, Central Parc.
Our first order of business was to create a digital strategy that would be used as a blueprint to launch communities. It centered around building a digital presence through local content creation backed by targeted paid media campaigns and an active presence across social media. We worked alongside 13th Floor Homes to launch the communities starting with creating awareness, then shifting to lead generation campaigns after they came online. We launched various campaigns to promote the communities and in one instance, supported a grassroots effort through digital mediums to win over residents of a nearby project for approval.
Our campaigns were unique and more effective than traditional methods used by other home-builders.
13th Floor Homes is an affiliate of 13th Floor Investments, a Florida-based real estate company that has developed and managed property with a total value in excess of $1.5 billion. Since Central Parc, they’ve launched multiple communities across Broward and Palm Beach.
